pics from my party

I thought I would write about my 30th, since so much has happened since then, and I got pics! So I will try and post a couple here.
It was a blast. the entire evening was basically centered around playing Taboo, which I thought was so hilarious, as I expected to be the only one excited about games. But, NO..turns out my bro in law, Mark, is a crazy game-player, and is really good at Scrabble. (drat, he beat me on Christmas!) We had a circle going the entire evening, that just kept getting larger and larger as more guests dropped in. And the only one to not play was Ben, who I have to say on his behalf, was the score-keeper, and I am pretty sure was on the side of the birthday girl to score the game. (Thanks, Ben!! )
We even had an after-party party, which included my awesome Starbucks crew. Love 'em, and some of which are here. That's Robbie on the guitar. As cute as he is talented...he actually serenaded me. Ah. I feel so blessed to work with people like him.
I felt like a rock star. I have to say that turning 30 is so much fun. And although I have only been living here a few months, it turns out that i have some pretty wonderful friends to boot. And family that just keeps on giving. Thanks, guys. I love ya.
